In the next 3 months
- get a bike
- get a HR monitor
- sub 2 hr half marathon
- swim 1500m consistently bi-lateral breathing
- establish a training plan for 2010 events

In the next year
- July: Joe’s Team tri (750/20/5)
- Aug: Bala tri (750/30/7.5)
- Aug: Tour 4 Kids ride – 2 days 160km per day
- I might also do one more tri (I would have to get a wetsuit) … maybe Lakeside in June??? 
- I’d also like to try a trail run and might like to do a late season 1/2 marathon but we need to talk about the plan training for this

Someday
- 70.3
- a full marathon that would qualify me for Boston

  1. Revised Goals for 2010:
    - tri swim training starts Nov 18/09
    - start bike training
    - swim 750m in 15 minutes or less
    - complete ½ marathon in 1:50 or less
    - complete NY marathon in 4h

    2010 Events:
    - May 16: Mississauga ½ marathon
    - July: Joe’s Team sprint tri (750/20/5)
    - Aug: Kingston sprint tri 750/30/7.2 or Bala sprint tri 750/30/7.5
    - Aug 21/22: Tour 4 Kids ride – 2 days 160km per day
    - Sep 26: Scotia Waterfront ½ marathon
    - Oct 17: Toronto ½ marathon
    - Nov 7: NY marathon

    Someday:
    - 70.3
    - Boston Marathon
